Here you will find everything you need to know about delivery, pickup, and tracking your order.
Orders placed over $99 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING!
Domestic shipping in Australia is a flat rate of $13 AUD for orders below 4 lbs.
If the item(s) are in stock, your order will typically ship out in 1-2 business days. As soon as your order ships out you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping costs vary according to items and location.
Shipping Time Frames:
All shipping timeframes are estimates given to us by the carriers and are subject to change due to delays.
- Ground: Expected 4-10 business days transit
- Standard: Expected 3-7 business days transit
- Express: Expected 2-3 business days transit (not available for Signature Cameras or all shipping locations)
- International: Expected 7-30 business days transit.
As soon as your order ships out you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please note: Once your package has left our warehouse, The Adventure Challenge is not responsible for weather or mail carrier delays. Shipping costs and timeframes vary according to items and location. If your order contains a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship when that item(s) is back in stock.
Email Notifications
Right after making your purchase, you will be sent a confirmation email and then a tracking email once it has shipped.
If you do not see these, try checking your spam folder!
Create an Account to View Order Details
For more visibility on your order(s) you can create an account HERE:
1. Create an Adventure Challenge account by clicking "Sign Up." Be sure to use the same email you purchased with.
2. Activate your account through the confirmation email that is sent after you sign up.
3. You will then enter the “Home Page” screen that will show you past orders, tracking information, and the addresses you have shipped to.
If you have a subscription, you will need to click "Manage Subscriptions" to edit any details on those products.
To view your tracking without a login, click the Chat Icon, and choose "Track An Order". From there you can enter your email and order number to get the latest update from the carrier if your order has been shipped.
Tracking Update Delays
Sometimes the tracking scans are delayed. Carriers do not scan packages when they're collected from our warehouse, but only once they get back to the first distribution center. Often shipments will suddenly resurface in transit / out for delivery or even delivered!
Lost In Transit Policy
Because tracking scan delays have become more frequent since COVID began, our fulfillment center has required we wait 15 days without a tracking update (20 days for international) before we are able to file a lost in transit claim. Thankfully, this is due to how often packages suddenly resurface.
If your order has gone 15 or more days without a tracking update, please click on the live chat button below and type"Where is my Order?" You will be asked a few questions and then you will be redirected to our Support Team!
Please note: After 45 days we are no longer able to file a claim for a lost order. Because of this, we will not be able to refund you for the lost item but can either issue you store credit or a replacement order.
Tracking States Delivered, But it is Not
Don't panic! This can happen more than you'd expect, for a handful of reasons :)
Delivery scans can update before the package actually arrives to the final destination. We'd request to allow 2-3 days for it to arrive late.
Should you feel comfortable, we'd also suggest checking with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered. This can happen often as well.
Please also check your confirmation email and that the address entered at the time of purchase was correct. It's also worth reaching out to your local post office (that shipped your order) as they'll have the most recent update on your shipment!
If it does not arrive within 2-3 days, and no luck with your neighbors, please click on our live chat and type "Where is my Order?" You will be asked a few questions and then you will be redirected to our Support Team!
Please note: If you have not received your order and it was marked “Delivered”, please make sure to reach out within 14 days of the scanned delivery date. If you reach out after 14 days, we are unable to file a claim and your order will not be eligible for reimbursement or re-shipment.
Locations
We can ship almost anywhere in the world from our US site! We also have sites for different countries that will allow for faster and cheaper shipping options.
- AU: Ships within Australia and New Zealand.
- CA: Ships within Canada.
- EU: Ships within the EU and Norway and Switzerland.
- UK: Ships within the UK.
Please note: Not all products are available for purchase from our non-US sites.
Shipping Times
Transit times for international orders typically is 7-30 business days with possible delays do to customs and border related issues.
Customs Fees
We utilized the company Flavorcloud to help us make customs and duty fees easier and faster for you! If your international address requires any fees, you will be prompted at checkout to pay the fees ahead of time.
Typing your Address
When entering your shipping address at checkout, all shipping addresses must be written in either English or Latin characters. If it is written in other characters, our fulfillment center will have issues processing the address and getting the order into your hands.If you are shipping to an American FPO or APO address please enter the city as the FPO/APO address.
Products that Cannot Ship Internationally
At this time, The Adventure Box, TAB, and Film cannot ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping, taxes, and the product will calculate in USD, so we recommend taking that total and converting it into your countries currency on Google to see how much it will actually cost you. International shipping is typically starting at $20 USD and raising based on location.
You may have just purchased a pre-order or back-order item. In this case, there will be an estimated shipping time under the product listing as well as on your confirmation email.
If your order includes a Pre-ordered item your entire order will ship when all items are in stock.
