Our fulfillment center in Sydney allows us to ship orders within Australia and New Zealand quicker and cheaper then shipping from the states! Because we're now able to ship from Sydney, the shipping cost is a flat rate calculated by state and the weight of your order.
Shipping prices are typically $8-$13 (Shipping Cost will increase by the weight of your order) and your order will be in your hands within 10 business days, rather than $40 to ship from the USA plus a month-long transit time.
You may have just purchased a pre-order or back-order item. In this case, there will be an estimated shipping time under the product listing as well as on your confirmation email.You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships out!
Our Australian store currently only ships to AUS and NZ.
There is an expected 1-2 business day fulfillment time and then we expect your order to arrive to you in 7-10 business days.
But we can ship to just about anywhere in the world through our USA store, but shipping times and fees may vary! International shipping can typically take anywhere from 7-21 business days. Click the flag in our menu banner to switch stores!

The carrier hasn't updated my tracking!
Sometimes the tracking scans are delayed. Carriers do not scan packages when they're collected from our warehouse, but only once they get back to the first distribution center. Often shipments will suddenly resurface in transit / out for delivery or even delivered!
Lost In Transit Policy
Because tracking scan delays have become more frequent since COVID began, our fulfillment center has required we wait 30 days without a tracking update before we are able to file a lost in transit claim. Thankfully, this is due to how often packages suddenly resurface.
If your order has gone 30 or more days without a tracking update, please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we'd be happy to help get a claim filed and replacement shipped!
My order was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it?
Don't panic! This can happen more than you'd expect, for a handful of reasons :)
Delivery scans can update before the package actually arrives to the final destination. We'd request to allow 2-3 days for it to arrive late.
Should you feel comfortable, we'd also suggest checking with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered. This can happen often as well.
Please also check your confirmation email and that the address entered at the time of purchase was correct. It's also worth reaching out to your local post office (that shipped your order) as they'll have the most recent update on your shipment!
If it does not arrive within 2-3 days, and no luck with your neighbors, please reach out to our support team to lend a hand!
