We want you to be pumped about your new purchase. However, if you need to return any item(s), we’re here to help!
Your order is eligible for a return, if you reach out within 30-days of your delivery date and your item has not been used.
If plastic wrap is no longer in tact, but the product has not been used we are still able to accept returns on the product!
We refund the return items, minus the original cost of shipping.
Please note, at this time the following return exclusions apply:
- Used products (challenge scratched, perforation torn, writing in product, etc)
- International orders
- The Adventure Box Subscription, Gift Cards, and Film
- Opened Advent(ure) Calendars
It can take up to 10 business days for a return to be processed once it has arrived at our fulfillment center.
Please do not, purchase your own return label as it will not connect to your original order and may cause delays and return fees, but get one from our Customer Experience Team.
We would love to help get you the product that is right for you! We are able to do exchanges on products that are eligible for returns (within 30 days of delivery and unused).
The process will begin as a return but once the return is on its way back to us, proven by the tracking updates, we can begin the exchange process.
Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping of the exchanged item.
We will refund you or send you an invoice depending on the price difference between your original product and the one you are hoping to exchange.
We will ship your exchanged item(s) once the invoice has been paid!

We accept returns by the date that you reach out, so if one of our team members does not contact you until after 30 days, do not worry, we will still help you out!

Once your return has been processed by our fulfillment center, we will refund you for the returned item(s) minus the cost of the original shipping, to your original method of payment.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
We cannot guarantee edits or order cancellations because your order will be sent to our warehouse shortly after you place your order.

If we are able to cancel your order we will send you a confirmation email of your refund.
If we are unable to cancel or edit your order we can help you with the next steps for a return or exchange.

We are only able to refund the original payment method that is on file from your order.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
If you need a refund for a promo code, you can only use one promo code can be used per order, we cannot backdate promotions that have already expired, and we cannot refund for a promo code without the promo code title.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and will be submitted back to your original method of payment.
You'll receive a notification via email once your refund has been submitted.
For defective/damaged products, contact us with a photo of the damage and our Customer Experience Team will help you with the next steps.
